Corey Dickinson has had a diverse career, connected by common threads of geographic visualization and making change in the world. He spent several years as a park ranger in the United States, focused on using his mapping background to map climate change and create visual interpretive tools for visitors. He applied this skillset further working in Uganda, where he helped coordinate environmental education initiatives at a small NGO. Later in his career, he focused more on urban planning and mapping science initiatives, receiving an MSc. in Geography from McGill University. During this time, he moved his conservation and development background into the world of humanitarian relief, working for the international federation of the Red Cross on projects focused on the Syrian refugee crisis and the 2023 Earthquake. At DFS, he is a Project manager, a position that pulls together many of the skills and experiences that brought him to this role.
