Yelisha holds a Masters' degree in Finance & Investment from Tribhuwan University Nepal. Over the course of her career, she has gained extensive experience in managing finances and operations for private as well as International non-government organizations. At her previous organization, she was responsible for day-to-day financial matters like vendor framing, vendor payments, payroll processing, overseeing financial reporting, budget forecasting, HRM and other administrate work. She has played a key role in implementing new systems and processes to ensure compliance with donor regulations.
